Being a sushi fanatic, I make it a priority to dine at recommended sushi restaurants throughout Manhattan. I read about Sushi Yasuda on Gwyneth Paltrow’s blog. She was quoted as saying, “Best sushi in NYC, hands down.” Once I heard this, I knew I had to make it a priority to get a reservation.
The décor was done tastefully, not overdone with flashy lights or colors. As for the food, Master Yasuda is known as a sushi mastermind with uncompromising standards. Without a doubt, I have never had fresher fish before in my entire life. The chefs and waiters are very attentive, while giving recommendations as to how to enjoy each order to its full potential. Once you place the bite sized piece of perfection in your mouth, you will finally understand what I am talking about.
