Executives in accounting, advertising, finance, high tech & new media, law and real estate have all found new digs. Check out the new faces in key places.

NARSAD, The Brain and Behavior Research Fund: Benita F. Shobe, 60, was appointed president and chief executive. She was most recently senior vice president of development and field operations at Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation International.

Digitas North America: Colin Kinsella, 48, was appointed president at the digital marketing agency. He was most recently chief innovation officer at Razorfish.

Barclays Capital: Rick Landgarten, 43, joined as managing director and co-head of the global health care group within the investment banking division. He was most recently at Moelis & Co., where he was a managing director and led coverage of the health care sector.

Winston & Strawn: Dominick P. DeChiara, 44, joined the law firm as a partner and co-chair of the private equity practice. He was formerly a partner and chair of the private equity practice at Nixon Peabody.

TuneCore.com: Lise Barbanti, 52, was appointed chief marketing officer of the music distributor. She was most recently chief marketing officer at Frontier Communications.

Razorfish: Missy Foristall, 37, was promoted to managing director of experience and platforms at the digital agency. She was formerly group vice president of operations.

Domenic Venuto, 38, was promoted to managing director of client solutions. He was formerly senior vice president of media and entertainment.

Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S.: Dillon McDonald, 36, was promoted to chief executive of the Jumpstart Automotive Group, effective Jan. 1, 2010. He was previously chief operating officer of the company.

J.H. Cohn: Patrick Duffany, 43, joined the accounting and consulting firm as a partner in the state and local tax group. He was formerly a partner at Ernst & Young.

ESI Design: Julie Anixter, 52, joined the firm as senior vice president of marketing and business development. She was formerly chief marketing officer at Brandimage-Desgrippes & Laga.

Marquis Jet: Ken Austin, 44, was promoted to president of the private jet card company from president of marketing and business development.

The Radco Companies: Michael L. Fleischer, 38, joined the real estate development firm as managing director of new business development. He was previously at Links Realty Advisors and Links Capital partners, where he was a founding partner.

M.R. Beal & Co.: Cheryl Ishmael, 52, joined the investment banking firm as managing director. She was previously managing director of public finance at the Dormitory Authority of the State of New York.

Vigilant: Bill Edwards, 47, was named chief information and security officer at the security services firm. He previously served as chief security officer at TD Ameritrade.

Mediabistro.com: Jason Boog, 32, was named editor of Mediabistro Publishing. He will continue in his role as editor of GalleyCat, owned by Mediabistro.com.

Scholastic Corp.: Thomas P. Burke, 49, was appointed senior vice president of e-commerce at the children’s publishing, education and media company. He was most recently executive vice president of e-commerce at bn.com, a division of Barnes & Noble Inc.

Blank Rome: Kathleen A. Cunningham, 35, was promoted to partner in the law firm’s public companies and capital formation group. She was previously an associate.

Dylan S. Mitchell, 38, was promoted to partner in the matrimonial group. He had been an associate.

Pace University: Tom Torello, 44, was named vice president for university relations, effective Dec. 7. He joins from Ithaca College, where he is executive director of marketing communications.

Lime Wire: Shoshana Winter, 43, was named vice president of marketing at the peer-to-peer software development company. She was previously chief marketing officer at Motionbox.

Marfa Restaurant: Tony Cruz, 35, was named executive chef. He joins from B.R. Guest-Dos Caminos Park, where he had been executive sous chef.

Newmark Knight Frank Capital Group: Barry Berkowitz, 52, joined the real estate services firm as a managing director. He was previously the principal of Beta 2 Fund.

CNY Builders: Leonard D. Jacob, 65, was named director of technical services at the construction and development services firm. He was previously senior vice president and chief estimator at York Hunter.

TDG/The Real Estate Group of New York: Fabrizio Uberti Bona

TDG/The Real Estate Group of New York: Fabrizio Uberti Bona, 34, was appointed managing director at the residential brokerage firm. He was formerly at The Marketing Directors Inc., where he worked on Cassa Hotel & Condominium as sales manager.

Westlake Reed Leskosky:
Thomas Gallagher, 47, rejoined the architecture and engineering firm as principal and director of the New York studio. He was most recently with George Sexton Associates, where he established the New York office.

King & Spalding: Jennifer E. Daly, 31, was promoted to partner from associate in the law firm’s finance practice.

Valerie S. Kovacs, 32, was promoted to partner from associate in the firm’s finance practice.

Collective:
Tony Lagana, 40, was named vice president of engineering at the media company for online display advertising. He was formerly an engineering manager at Google.

Jones Lang LaSalle: Jay Koster, 42, was promoted to president of the national capital markets group at the real estate services firm. He was formerly a managing director.

Nicholas Spadavecchia, 44, was promoted to national director and senior vice president of marketing. He was previously vice president.

Mel Myrie, 37, was promoted to senior vice president from vice president.

Mark Windt, 49, was promoted to senior vice president from vice president.

Alternative Investment Management: Susan Potok Harrison, 40, joined the firm as director of investor relations. She was most recently director of capital markets at Quinlan Private.

WNET.org: Kellie Castruita Specter, 48, was promoted to senior director of communications at the parent company of New York’s public television stations. She was formerly director of communications.
